∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven as a IATA Travel Agent 2 years experience
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
∎ Must have knowledge about Tour operator and Visa Processing
∎ Ensuring sales growth for dedicated/assigned area.
∎ Leveraging sales skills across teams.
∎ Understanding trend of the market and set team plan accordingly.
∎ Ensuring proper sales plan/visit plan/marketing plan for team
∎ Building and nurturing strong customer relationships by ensuring superior service
∎ Training & developing capability among team members.
∎ Overall observation of smooth sales, tracking & reporting.
∎ Track record of networking skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
