Responsibilities & Context:
Handle International and Domestic air ticket reservations.
Manage Hotel Booking as per client requirements (both inbound & outbound.
Provide travel information, flight schedules, and hotel options to clients.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for bookings, cancellations, and reissues.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer profiles.
Respond to client queries via phone, email, and social media.
Follow up with clients for confirmation, documents, and feedback.
Support visa team when required with documentation and communication.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely service delivery.
