• Handle International and Domestic air ticket reservations.

• Manage Hotel Booking as per client requirements (both inbound & outbound.

• Provide travel information, flight schedules, and hotel options to clients.

• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for bookings, cancellations, and reissues.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer profiles.

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and social media.

• Follow up with clients for confirmation, documents, and feedback.

• Support visa team when required with documentation and communication.

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely service delivery.
