Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling Inquiries: Addressing guest inquiries via phone, email, or online, providing information about room availability, rates, and packages.
∎ Managing Bookings: Taking and confirming reservations, ensuring accurate entry of guest information and preferences into the reservation system.
∎ Confirming Reservations: Providing timely and accurate confirmation of bookings to guests.
∎ Addressing Guest Requests: Handling special requests and ensuring they are communicated to relevant departments.
∎ Promoting Hotel Services: Upselling and cross-selling hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue.
∎ Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of reservations and guest information.
∎ Managing Cancellations and Modifications: Handling cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
∎ Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns or complaints related to reservations.
∎ Following SOPs and Adhering to Processes: Adhering to the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
