Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Bank Management/Finance/Accounting/Economics from any reputed local or foreign university
∎ Acquainted with primary/secondary financial research technique
∎ Must have good knowledge about the secondary sources
∎ Good command over statistics, econometrics, and strategic management/planning
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Physically fit for extensive and frequent field visit with a short notice
∎ Strong English communication skills (both oral and written)

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop client and market segmentation strategy to analyze, size and investigate attractiveness or potential of new markets, products, channels, and business opportunities;
∎ Develop specific recommendations to improve efficiency and organizational agility;
∎ Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs;
∎ Monitor and analyze business KPIs against target/forecast on set parameters in order to analyze and identify the root causes in case of poor financial performance;
∎ Continuously monitor the strategic decisions taken by the Management, update Management and take necessary action as advised by the Management;
∎ Prepare rolling-forward forecasts up to business level for revenue optimization and ensure alignment between strategic vision of the Bank and the market reality;
∎ Standardize the annual business targets through both Top-Down and Bottom-Up approach, cascade the targets for regions, up to territory level along with sales team;
∎ Create excellent cross-functional work and alignment with key stakeholders;
∎ Active driver for preparing LT/MT/ST strategic planning for the Bank through multi-stake collaboration;
∎ Prepare Business Policy which should ideally advice the decision-makers about: New Avenues of business, Optimum Investment Mix, Organic Growth Management.
∎ Periodically update management about Global and Local Macro-economic changes;
∎ Performance assessment of the Bank with respect to Banking industry and its perceived peers;
∎ Play the spearheading role in publishing various Bank Publications in timely manner, i.e. Annual Reports and quarterly newsletter etc.;
∎ Other Ad-hoc Studies conforming to the core function of the Unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Moderate skill in statistical & econometric software
∎ Good command over Financial Modeling using Excel.
∎ Some knowledge about 'Simulation' would be plus
