Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Health Data Management Project (Research Part)
∎ To maintain the database of survey data.
∎ To prepared the coding, data management of large-scale data.
∎ Developing research questionnaires and checklists.
∎ Prepare analysis of survey data.
∎ Report writing.
∎ Provide necessary assistance to the Evaluation and Research team for improving and expanding the services of the organization.
∎ Database maintain
∎ Data management (i.e. coding, validation, quality assurance)
∎ Data Analysis
∎ Report writing
∎ Research field supervision and monitoring.
∎ Conduct the capacity building training i.e data collection
∎ Provide necessary assistance to the Supervisor.
∎ Review relevant secondary literature
∎ Collaborate with team members to collect data and execute organization’s mission.
∎ Prepare research documentation.
∎ Prepare financial documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in conducting quantitative data analysis using statistical software (SPSS/Stata) is essential.
∎ Skill in MS PowerPoint.
∎ Intermediate level of MS Word/other word processing software.
∎ Intermediate level of spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Excel).
∎ Basic to intermediate level of a digital data collection tool.
∎ Excellent computer skill is mandatory.
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Excellent report writing skills with advanced analysis.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor
