Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in health science related discipline after completion of graduation in Physiotherapy/ Occupational Therapy/ Speech and Language Therapy from any recognized university/ institute.
∎ Additional degree/qualification/ training in relevant discipline will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Activities related to Research:
∎ Assist in implementing and managing an integrated research protocol for CRP.
∎ Monitor ongoing relevant activities arising from CRP Strategic Plan and update CRP management as required and asked.
∎ Develop and draw up high quality proposals and reports to support CRP objectives.
∎ Maintain a good level of knowledge and understanding of all relevant activity, best practice and strategy and policy developments of key stakeholders that may impinge on CRP.
∎ Contribute to efforts towards developing knowledge repository at CRP.
∎ Participate in study, fact-finding and research, writing, translating, and editing reports and articles.
∎ Ensure that information on databases remains secure and readily available,
∎ Prioritize research activities as required and asked.
∎ Assist in organizing training and seminars and participates as a resource person.
∎ Activities related to Monitoring and Evaluation:
∎ Collect data regarding CRP services and ongoing projects etc.,
∎ Continuously monitor and provide reports on CRP services and ongoing projects etc. covering current dynamics, trends,
∎ Maintain constant liaison with development partners and donors in order to update them with project status and required information,
∎ Prepare and in need, evaluate project proposals, agreements, MoUs as per the advice and guidance of management,
∎ Provide reports regarding effectiveness of a particular service, process, project, etc.,
∎ Develop the overall framework for M&E, for example, annual project reviews, participatory impact assessments, process monitoring, operations monitoring and lessons-learned workshops,
∎ Guide the process for identifying and designing the key indicators for each component as specified in projects or management requirements, to record and report physical progress against the AWPB (strategic plan, annual Work plan & Budget),
∎ Guide the process for identifying the key performance questions and parameters for monitoring performance and comparing it to targets,
∎ Clarify the core information needs of project management, funding agencies and the cooperating institution.
∎ With stakeholders, set out the framework and procedures for the evaluation of project activities,
∎ Review the quality of existing data available at CRP, the methods of collecting it and the degree to which it will provide good baseline statistics for impact evaluation,
∎ Based on the review of existing data on the area, as directed, conduct a baseline survey and a needs assessment survey,
∎ Organize or undertake training on M&E skills,
∎ Activities related to Communication:
∎ Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required, working closely with relevant CRP departments and implementing partners,
∎ Undertake regular visits to identify where adaptations might be needed,
∎ Guide the regular sharing of the outputs of M&E findings with CRP management, implementing partners and primary stakeholders,
∎ Make regular reports to the management highlighting areas of concern and preparing the documentation for review at meetings,
∎ Check that monitoring data are discussed in the appropriate forum and in a timely fashion in terms of implications for future action,
∎ Participate in meetings, seminars, workshops as required and assigned by the management,
∎ Design the formats and procedures for service or activities monitoring,
∎ Collect, compile and analyze reports prepared or shared by other departments or implementing partners in accordance with approved reporting formats,
∎ Review, monitor reports to assess interim impacts and identify causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation,
∎ Along with those, the incumbent is expected to perform any duties and responsibilities as time demands and assigned by the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Applicant should have strong verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Well conversant in MS Excel and Access.
∎ Working knowledge on relevant software lile SPSS will be an advantage.
∎ Resourceful and independent, but comfortable working within the framework of an integrated development program and team-oriented environment.
∎ Ability to adjust to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
∎ Be proactive in anticipating and seeking out information related to the immediate priorities of CRP.
∎ Demonstrate ability to analyze and synthesize data from a wide variety of sources, and present the resulting information in a clear summary as required and asked.
