Responsibilities & Context: - Operate computers and hospital information systems for preparing diagnostic reports (USG, ECHO, X-ray, and others).
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information and diagnostic findings into the system.
- Prepare, format, and print imaging reports with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Maintain and update electronic records of diagnostic reports in the hospital database.
- Provide technical support to Doctors, Graduate Technologists, and Medical Technologists during report preparation.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of all patient data and imaging results.
- Manage daily workflow by coordinating with Radiologists, Sonologists, Graduate Technologists, and Medical Technologists.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor IT-related or printing issues within the diagnostic department.
- Support the front desk and diagnostic teams in managing patient information when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, radiology personnel, medical staff, healthcare professionals, support staff, and visiting equipment engineers.
- Ensure strict compliance with patient confidentiality protocols.
