Job Responsibilities
Ensuring patients receive safe and effective care.
Monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care delivered by the nursing staff.
Supervising and managing the nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Supervising and Monitoring the Nursing Supervisor Staffs.
Ensuring the nursing staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborating with other departments and teams to improve patient care and hospital operations.
Acting as a liaison between the nursing staff, hospital administration & Nursing College.
