Job Context
Green Life Hospital Ltd. a renowned hospital at Dhaka is looking for Executive (Customer Care) personnel in the following position.
Job Responsibilities
Register new patients on the computer system. Responsible to enter all the details of the patient in HIS and register the patient.
Register the OPD appointments; make admissions in the medical software.
Receive visitors or patients, ascertain their needs and direct them accordingly.
To do indoor admission and to make the case paper.
To meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner
Arranging stretcher, wheelchair or ambulance for the patient as and when required.
Check all things in the OPD are in proper place.
Guide the patient to payment counter
If doctor is not coming or coming late, to inform other departments of the same.
Keeps record of calls placed
Maintaining various registers and files in department and those required for key quality indicators.
Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team.
