• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS Degree from any recognized Medical College.

• Post-Graduation & Hospital Administration degree will get preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 35 to 50 years

• At least 5 Year(s) experiences in a renowned hospital as a Director/ Deputy Director or same position.

• Ex- Army Personnel as similar position preferable.

Job Context

Green Life Hospital Ltd. a renowned hospital at Dhaka is looking for Director/ Deputy Director Personnel in the following position.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to identify their issues and needs.

• Demonstrate role model behavior in line with the Hospital constitution.

• Provide professional leadership to all medical staff on standards of practice.

• Performance and associated professional matters through the promotion and development of the highest standards of quality and patient safety, team working, and a culture in which clinical excellence will flourish.

• Be responsible for medical leadership and engagement in relation to mortality review.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Hospital strategy and clinical developments to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.

• Work with the Managing Director and others in all aspects of Quality and Safety agenda.

• Ensure serious incidents are managed in a timely fashion, are investigated thoroughly and lessons are learnt to ensure incidents are not repeated.

• Ensure that medical staff undertake their duties in line with statutory and mandatory training requirements for doctors.

• Any other duties required by the Managing Director, or on behalf of the Hospital Board.
