Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

• BDS degree from any recognized Institution and must be registered with BM&DC.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, coordinating and supervising health camp and dealing with local authorities/community leaders and NGO experience will be preferable;

• Additional Job Requirements:

• • Certificate of successful completion of a one-year internship.

• • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• • Good physique, energetic and ability to work in a remote areas;

• • Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Power Point), and internet browsing;

• • Written and spoken skills in Bangla and English are required;

• • Residential location should be at Chuknagar under Dumuria Upazila, Khulna;

• • Ability to work under pressure and manage the workload effectively with cordially;

• • Previous experience will be highly appreciated work with Dalit/marginalized communities.

Job Location: Chuknagar (Dumuria), Khulna

Job summary:

Dalit Hospital is seeking for an energetic & young Dental Technician for ensuring dental treatment among the people of the working areas. S/he will be responsible for providing counseling and treatment services to the patients. The position will be based at Dalit Hospital and have to cooperate with related field level activities like free medical camp, satellite clinic, and health awareness program.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring standard check-up.

• Providing quality medical service to patients through OPD service, medical camp and satellite clinic.

• Susceptible disease identification, treatment and follow up.

• Conduct issues based health education session/day observation and campaign.

• Providing training to village doctors and Community Health Workers (CHW) with necessary skills and knowledge for promoting treatment procedure.

• Scheduled field visits are required;

• Performing any other related job assigned by the authority from time to time;

• Maintaining all relevant registers for patient management.

• Developing strategies for increasing patient flows.
