• • Residential location should be at Chuknagar under Dumuria Upazila, Khulna;

• • Ability to work under pressure and manage the workload effectively with cordially;

• • Previous experience will be highly appreciated work with Dalit/marginalized communities.

Job summary:

Dalit Hospital is seeking for an energetic & young Lab Technician for ensuring disease diagnosis among the people of the working areas. S/he will be responsible for performs routine, moderate, and high-complexity tests on blood, tissue, and bodily fluids to assist physicians in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. Including collecting, preparing, and analyzing samples; operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment; and ensuring accurate, timely reporting of results in accordance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• • Sample Processing: Collects, labels, and prepares specimens (blood, urine, tissue) for analysis.

• • Diagnostic Testing: Conducts laboratory tests using automated analyzers, microscopes, and cell counters.

• • Quality Control: Calibrates and maintains laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy.

• • Data Management: Records test results, analyzes data, and enters findings into patient medical records.

• • Compliance & Safety: Adheres to established safety protocols, including HIPAA and safety regulations.

• • Performing any other related job assigned by the authority from time to time;

• • Maintaining all relevant registers for patient management.

• • Developing strategies for increasing patient flows.
