Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Training or certification in Medical Transcription will be considered an advantage.

• At least 1 year

• 1–3 years of experience in transcription or medical transcription preferred.

• Excellent listening and typing skills.

• Strong command of English grammar and spelling.

• Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.

• Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Good knowledge of MS Word and basic computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

1. Listen to recorded dictations from doctors or management and convert them into accurate written reports.

2. Transcribe medical reports, discharge summaries, diagnostic notes, and other clinical documents.

3. Review and edit transcriptions to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and proper formatting.

4. Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information at all times.

5. Ensure all documents are completed and submitted within the required timeframe.

6. Coordinate with doctors, departments, or supervisors if clarification is required in recordings.

7. Maintain organized records of completed transcripts and related files.

8. Follow hospital documentation standards and guidelines.
