Responsibilities & Context:
Build and maintain regular communication with club members and Club Facilitators.
Support sessions, events, and community-based activities organized by The Earth.
Assist Social Mobilizers in outreach, community engagement, and participant mobilization.
Coordinate with Club Facilitators and ensure proper follow-up of planned activities.
Prepare accurate field reports and maintain required documentation in a timely manner.
Support the implementation of The Earth programs at the community level.
Mobilize community members to actively participate in project activities and events.
Assist in awareness sessions, meetings, trainings, and official ceremonies.
Identify community needs, risks, and feedback, and report findings to supervisors.
Promote inclusion, gender sensitivity, child protection, and safeguarding principles.
Ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all activities.
Represent The Earth professionally and uphold organizational values at all times
