Role Overview:

The Research Intern will work closely with the leadership team to gather, analyze, and organize information related to global labor markets, recruitment pipelines, industry demands, international regulations, and potential partner agencies. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to understand the international staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on global hiring trends, skills shortages, and labor demands across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
• Analyze industry reports, government regulations, immigration policies, and labor compliance guidelines.
• Research foreign recruitment agencies, overseas employers, and sector-wise opportunities.
• Create structured reports, briefs, and presentations summarizing findings.
• Support the development of GlobalRAWS’ internal database of workers, employers, and partners.
• Assist in preparing proposal documents, outreach lists, and partnership evaluation materials.
• Gather information on competitor agencies, pricing structures, and market positioning.
• Work with the operations team to validate data and support decision-making.
• Assist in documentation for U.S. and international compliance when required.
