Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Electric Wire/Cable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Electric Wire/Cable

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Experience in research, business analysis, consulting, or corporate strategy

• Experience in feasibility studies, financial modeling, or market research is preferred

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools

• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Quality and accuracy of market and feasibility studies

• Timely completion of research and analysis

• Contribution to successful new business evaluations

• Effectiveness of reports and presentations to management

Market Research & Analysis

·        Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends

·         Analyze market size, demand forecasts, customer segments, and competitive landscapes

·         Prepare market entry and expansion studies for potential new ventures

·         Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry developments relevant to diversification initiatives

Business & Financial Feasibility

·         Develop financial models including cost structures, revenue projections, profitability, and ROI analysis

·         Perform sensitivity, risk, and scenario analyses for proposed projects

·         Assess commercial, operational, and financial feasibility of new business ideas

·         Support preparation of business cases and investment proposals

Project Feasibility & Evaluation

·         Assist in technical, operational, and financial feasibility studies for new projects

·         Evaluate project timelines, capital requirements, resource needs, and potential risks

·         Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to gather feasibility inputs

·         Support management in go/no-go decision processes

Reporting & Strategy Support

·         Prepare clear, concise research reports and presentations for senior management

·         Maintain databases and research documentation for ongoing and future projects

·         Support strategic planning initiatives related to growth and diversification

·         Assist in ad-hoc research and analysis as required by management

Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
