∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Research Assistant is an Entry Level position at CPRD, will be responsible to support implementation of field-based research activities, reviewing literatures, and drafting research reports.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement field-based research activities
∎ Experiences in using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (e.g., Household Survey, FGD, KII, PRA etc.)
∎ Experiences in reviewing literatures for academic write-up
∎ Digitization of research data and assist data interpretation and analysis
∎ Assist organizing study sharing seminars, workshops, trainings and advocacy events
∎ Drafting workshops and seminars reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Some level of experience in implementing field-based research activities
∎ Good level of understanding on quantitative and qualitative research methods and their application
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
∎ Ability to draft/prepare reports and presenting research findings
∎ Sound knowledge in computer application (MS word, spread sheet, power point)
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
