Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.      The Junior Officer – Internal Audit and Accounts will be responsible for supporting internal audit processes, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in budgeting and reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
∎ 2.      The Junior Officer – Accounts and Admin will support the organization’s day-to-day administrative and financial operations. The position involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in logistical arrangements, supporting procurement and inventory processes, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Key Responsibilities·
∎ Support the implementation of internal audit processes and assist in periodic financial audits,
∎ Maintain financial documentation, vouchers, and journals,
∎ Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports,
∎ Help in the preparation of project budgets and donor financial reports,
∎ Ensure all payments, receipts, and accounting records are properly maintained,
∎ Support the development of internal control mechanisms,
∎ Assist in procurement documentation and inventory tracking,
∎ Collaborate with program and admin teams to ensure financial compliance,
∎ Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
