Description:

We are a UK-based recruitment company working within warehouse and logistics roles (including forklift drivers).

We are hiring a remote assistant to support with candidate sourcing, lead generation, and admin tasks.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone reliable, fast, and organised. The role is repetitive and requires consistency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Find job candidates (warehouse staff & forklift drivers in the UK)

• Send messages and follow up with candidates

• Collect CVs, licence details, and basic information

• Build lists of companies (potential clients)

• Update Google Sheets daily

• Book calls and organise information

Daily Targets (may change based on business needs):

• 20 candidate leads

• 20 messages sent

• 10 client leads

• 100% accurate tracker updates

Requirements:

• Good written English

• Fast and reliable

• Comfortable using Google Sheets

• Able to follow instructions without constant supervision

• Strong internet connection
