Responsibilities & Context:
Remote HR Specialist
Are you a driven HR professional with a knack for finding top talent? We're looking for a fully remote, full-time HR Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Sourcing and hiring new employees
- Developing and delivering training programs
- Managing employee KPI assessments
- This is a 9-hour per day position, working Sunday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. There will be monthly recruitment KPIs to meet.
Additional information：
- There's a 3-month probation period, with the possibility of early regularization based on performance.
- 7 days annual leave after becoming a regular employee.
