Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Bachelors in any discipline (a Management degree shall be given preference) from any UGC approved local University or reputed foreign university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase the customer base of the assigned segment- be it Priority or general segment.
∎ Achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities set forth in job objective.
∎ Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
∎ Communicate with existing and potential customers for sales opportunities.
∎ Manage attrition of deposit and asset.
∎ Build and leverage client relationships to grow share of the client's wallet and be responsible for maximizing revenues.
∎ Ensure that local regulatory functions are in place and monitored properly and also business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Provide high quality service to customers.
∎ Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently.
∎ Coordinate and assist regulatory and other auditors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of Banking experience in related field in reputed Banks/Fls.
∎ Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge of local banking regulations, PBL consumer products, MS Office suite with particular focus on MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.
∎ Will be assigned either for Priority banking or Branch banking depending on the individual capability.
