Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University (Major in Marketing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact and maintain healthy bus business relationships with the global and local corporates to clearly understand their requirements for providing appropriate services.
∎ Attending regular scheduled corporate business meeting across the country according to business needs and handling them in a professional manner.
∎ Maintain frequent corporate customer facility visits, online & offline communication, and follow-up.
∎ Proactively interact with prospective foreign investment companies in Bangladesh on a regular basis and be smart enough to communicate with them.
∎ Developing and harnessing bilateral business relationships with the global corporate houses and developing sustainable business relationships to maximize sales.
∎ Prepare regular business proposals, presentations, and necessary documentation as per the business requirement.
∎ Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide excellent customer support ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Escalate and discuss complex customer observations with management for resolutions.
∎ Repairing disengaged or fractured business relationships with specific existing clients and finding probable solutions with a mitigation plan.
∎ Attend continuous skill development programs for professional growth.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries.
∎ Maintain the highest level of professionalism and competence when dealing with clients.
∎ Develop a relationship with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective client satisfaction and business Excellency.
∎ To prepare and provide a monthly report to the management.
∎ Conducting in-depth need assessments for a better understanding of clients' requirements and providing effective service solutions to the clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years in any large corporate sector, preferably in service or similar industries.
∎ A person having no relevant job experience need not apply for this position.
∎ Only hard-working, dedicated, target-oriented, and high ambitious candidates (male & female) are encouraged to rely on.
∎ Candidates having dynamic leadership qualities both in communication, public relations and collaboration abilities with the global corporate leaders will be given preference.
∎ Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, listening & reading) is mandatory.
∎ Ready to attend corporate business meetings with the clients anywhere, any time within and outside the country in a team.
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond regular office timing.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer literacy.
∎ Working experience in the Card Division of any scheduled banks/ reputed insurance company will be given preferences.
∎ Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
