E-commerce, Telecommunication, Investment/Merchant Banking, Banks, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist smooth, efficient and correct functions of the Compliance Training Team.
∎ Arrange, conduct and support all AML&CFT Trainings.
∎ Create Monthly Training Plan Compilation.
∎ Assist in AML & CFT Booklet Contents Development
∎ Develop Audio Video Content
∎ Handle Administrative issues related to Training.
∎ Training Database Maintenance.
∎ Weekly/Monthly/Event-wise Feedbacks.
∎ Conduct Personal and Entity KYC QC.
∎ Conduct FCA and CDD/EDD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skill/experience on Training.
∎ Experience in AML&CFT Training or Faculty training.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power point, Word).
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial:
∎ Self-initiated and fast learner.
∎ Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individuals groups.
∎ High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence.
∎ Positive mind-set and result-oriented.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent in interpersonal relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach.
