∎ Manage & set-up Sales teams for assign region/areas according to company's guideline.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the region as per company's vision and mission.
∎ To Lead & develop ASM/TSM and SO's according to assign territory.
∎ Distributor(DB) management process of FMCG food industry-know how
∎ Managing performance for maximizing result through produce positive ROI.
∎ To Monitor and constructive feedback on time according to superior guideline.
∎ Able to maintain highest CRM process in the market.
∎ Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience as a RSM reputed consumer industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales and distributor management of renowned Cosmetic & consumer Industry.
