Job Context:
∎ Seba Traders is looking for qualified and competent candidates for the position of Regional Sales Manager(RSM) to support smooth sales operations and continuous growth. The Regional Sales Manager(RSM) will be accountable for achievement of primary and secondary sales target, responsible for supervising team, building relationships with distributor & retailer and understanding competitor activities & customer needs.
∎ Regional Sales Manager(RSM) will be appointed for Rangpur division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute to achieve sales target within the area.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Have to ability to hunt new depot & distributors in your working area.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sales.
∎ Review operational records and provide reports to the GM (Marketing) on sales target to determine profitability.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the customer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the juniors to achieve sales target
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 to 5 years experience in RSM post.
∎ Experience in trading bussiness.
∎ Driving Licence : to have a Motorcycle.
Salary: Negotiable
