Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Able to Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ 2. Accomplish marketing and sales activities by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, market demand and supply. Plan, organize, direct and control the respective regional sales staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ 3. Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
∎ 4. Identify market opportunities, analyzing consumer requirements, market size, the competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecast projected business, establish targeted market share.
∎ 5. Daily communicate with the respective regional sales force and offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
∎ 6. Visit Dealer/Distribution point and solve trade queries and problems.
∎ 7. Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times and effectively controls distributor's performance.
∎ 8. Monitor and handle distributor functions and the appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ 9. Analyze Monthly Target, Distributor Stock, and Credit & over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ 10. Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ 11. Provide information to top management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ 12. Improved to sales of all related company.
∎ 13. Any other job assign by the supervisor or top management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
