- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in managing large dealer/distributor networks is a must.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and manage the sales operations within an assigned region and ensure business growth through effective dealer, distributor, and sales team management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Area Managers and Sales Representatives to drive performance.
- Identify and onboard new distributors/dealers to expand the company’s network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising, and brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
- Conduct market visits to ensure proper coverage and product availability.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, distribution, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
