Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and welcoming attitude.

  2. Communication Hub: Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, filter inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate departments.

  3. Register & Log Maintenance: Diligently maintain accurate records, including Visitor Logs, Courier/Inward-Outward Registers, and Key Management Logs.

  4. Administrative Support: Assist the HR and Admin department with document filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic data entry.

  5. Office Coordination: Monitor the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times; coordinate with office support staff for tea/coffee services for guests.

  6. Meeting Room Management: Manage the booking schedule for conference rooms and ensure they are prepared for meetings.

  7. Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform any other management-assigned roles or administrative duties required to ensure smooth office operations.
