Responsibilities & Context:
Research and develop seasonal fashion trends, themes, and color stories
Design apparel collections aligned with brand identity and market demand
Prepare sketches, tech packs, and design specifications
Select fabrics, trims, accessories, and color combinations
Coordinate with sample, production, and merchandising teams
Ensure design feasibility, quality standards, and timely sample development
Monitor fit sessions, revisions, and final approvals
Stay updated with local and international fashion trends
Support marketing and sales teams with design inputs when required
