Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Analyze regional market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Set performance targets and provide coaching to ensure individual and team success.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to exceed targets.
∎ Drive revenue growth and profitability within the assigned region.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand market share.
∎ Maintain and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and resolve concerns promptly.
∎ Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
∎ Provide insights to product development and marketing teams to stay competitive.
∎ Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget plans.
∎ Analyze KPIs to assess sales effectiveness and take corrective action where needed.
∎ Define sales territories and optimize coverage to maximize sales potential.
∎ Oversee travel plans and schedules for efficient territory coverage.
∎ Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
