∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the ability to generate new dealer to expand market as per strategic plan.
∎ Monitor the daily activities of sales team as per scheduled plan.
∎ Monitoring primary & secondary sales.
∎ Carry out market visit, discuss with distributor & SR identify to the problem & advise them for improvement of sales.
∎ Closely observe and monitor competitor activities & report to the superior.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales force regularly to increase market share.
∎ Create new business opportunities / insights & new distributors.
∎ Fixation of daily & monthly sales target of his region & monitor for its achievement accordingly.
∎ Responsible for realization of sales proceeds.
∎ Establish co-ordination with production & distribution.
∎ Assist in implementing sales strategies, policies, promotional policies & officer orders.
∎ Set monthly target of sales force.
∎ Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
∎ Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade expenditures.
∎ Reduce market returns and run regional activities in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Organize the monthly & quarterly sales review meeting.
∎ Checking bill of sales team.
∎ Held regional meetings with sales team.
∎ Conduct Trainings of sales team.
∎ Arrange reconciliation of the balance of distributors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, friendly, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Take challenge in the new environment.
∎ Building good relations with customers.
∎ Meeting the monthly sales target.
