Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' in any discipline from a reputed university. BBA, MBA preferred from well reputed University. We discourse to apply GPA less than 3.00 or bellow 2nd division in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making sincere effort to maximize present and long-term sales.
∎ Responsible for the periodical business plan for the Territory, area, Region & Division to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue & distributor roll-out targets along with directed standard.
∎ Must have good experience for dealer appointing, handling and controlling.
∎ Identify capable channel partners interested in distribution within the area and onboard them in operation after screening.
∎ Regular market visit to ensure teams are visiting market regularly as per the Journey Plan.
∎ Ability to travel frequently.
∎ Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
∎ Provides necessary market inputs to Marketing & Sales Management.
∎ Strong relationship sales & marketing skills maintain liaison with customer as well as the distributor.
∎ Must have Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
∎ Minimum 7 (Seven) years of working experience in selling of personal care products of which at least 03 years in same position.
∎ An aggressive attitude and experience to expand distribution through Super Stockiest model.
∎ Strong financial and analytical skills are essential to setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT. 40 ,000++ (More attractive Package will be offered to the suitable candidate.)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TA/DA, 02 festival bonus
