Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
∎ Train newly recruited field force for optimum output.
∎ Assist Sales Manager to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
∎ Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
∎ Provide on-time effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Analyze regional marketing trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have Leadership Skill, Inter personal relation skill, Communication Skill.

Salary: Negotiable
