Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within an assigned region to achieve business growth, maximize sales revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role will drive operational excellence, team performance, and consistent execution of sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to derive actionable insights.
Prepare regional sales forecasts and budgets periodically.
Hire, train, mentor, and supervise Area Sales Managers (ASM) / Sales Executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill enhancement.
Motivate and encourage sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, channel partners, and distributors.
Build and sustain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet owners, and industrial clients.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with key customers.
Ensure timely delivery of products and proper coordination with supply chain and logistics.
Implement effective Credit Control measures in compliance with company policy.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting on sales activities (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Plan and execute promotional strategies, product launches, and regional marketing campaigns.
Participate in trade fairs, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
Work with the marketing team to support ATL/BTL communication in the region.
Strong proficiency in sales planning, business development, and territory management.
