Experience:
To achieve annual volume and value budget for the Country with increased per head contribution
To drive existing primary network in terms of segment wise growth with focus on reach, coverage, regular billed outlets
To identify, appoint and manage Sub-distributors as per policy under Key Business partners with potential and resources to grow
To appoint new primary network as per District / Town potential in line with competition presence and existing market share
To manage stock inventory as per company norms in Monthly Sales Vs Sales forecast SKU wise for the state
To train and coach team of direct and indirect reportees DSR’s in the automotive aftermarket
To analyse and review performance of self, direct team and DSRs on a weekly – monthly basis
To lead by example on key mechanic visits and demand generation activities at key retailers for focus segment
To increase market share
Should have experience of managing & appointing distributors
The same geography experience is preferred, but not necessary
