• Strong interest in beauty, makeup, and retail aesthetics.

• Creativity with a good eye for color, layout, and detail.

• Basic understanding of color cosmetics categories.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow guidelines and work under supervision.

• Visit stores regularly and ensure setting up product displays, testers, and planograms for color cosmetics & skin care products category wise (lip, eye, face, tools).

• Ensure gondolas, counters, and display units are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Support the installation of seasonal, promotional, and new launch visual themes.

• Arrange products according to color stories, shade gradients, and brand guidelines.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all display areas.

• Monitor fixture condition and report issues (lighting, signage, testers, props).

• Ensure testers and sample stations follow hygiene and safety standards.

• Stay updated with beauty trends, color stories, and competitive VM practices.

• Guide Beauty Advisors also in researching inspiration boards and mood boards.

• Work closely with Store In-Charge, Beauty Advisors, Chief Brand Officer and Visual Merchandising Leads

• Support communication of VM guidelines to store staff.

• Assist in preparing VM materials and documenting setups with photos.

• Participate in store openings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Help maintain inventory of VM props, signage, and tools.

• Support basic data collection—customer flow, hotspots, product visibility, etc.
