• Experience Requirements: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in the automobile sector, with a strong focus on vehicle import operations.
• Proven expertise in managing supplier relationships, procurement cycles, and international automotive sourcing (preferably from Japan).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of local laws and regulations related to automobile import and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, modern communication tools, and both Bangla & English typing.

Bangladesh Representative (For a Japan-Based Automobile Company)

• Strong professional network with automobile showroom owners, distributors, and corporate buyers.
• Deep understanding of the global automobile market, pricing dynamics, and sourcing mechanisms.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle import documentation, customs regulations, auction systems, and Japan-based sourcing procedures.
• Strong command over banking operations, especially L/C handling, trade finance, and international payment terms.
• Demonstrated experience in Institutional Sales, Corporate Sales, and B2B automobile trading.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with showroom owners and corporate clients.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement business plans aligned with company objectives.
