Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage overall sales and marketing operations; candidates with experience in hotel share marketing will be given preference.
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans.
Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and ensure achievement.
Supervise sales executives, brokers, and channel partners.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Manage client relationships, negotiations, and deal closures.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with project, legal, and accounts teams.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
