We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager (Toiletries Items).

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the respective regional/divisional sales staff to meet the sales target achievement progress.

  • Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling sales representatives of the respective region/division, building & maintaining rapport with key customers (HVO/Wholesaler/Stuckist), and identifying new customer opportunities.

  • To train & to provide coaching for the sales team for more productivity & enjoy the synergistic effect.

  • Distributor management & effectively control distributor’s performance.

  • Build professional relationships with all types of key opening leader customers.

  • Achieve forecasted sales by following your written plan of action, and constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.

  • Set performance norms for the salesperson. Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance and compare it with that month’s objective.
