Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Forecast & achievement of objectives
∎ volume sales : region, area, territory
∎ key focused product sales : region, area, territory
∎ ensure growth as per objective of the division
∎ achieve optimum market share/ leadership
∎ enhance productivity
∎ ensure successful launch of new product
∎ product promotion
∎ program implementation
∎ core customer coverage by all SIO and area manager
∎ utilization of inputs – suggest appropriate reduction or addition of specific product samples or inputs
∎ new product launch success
∎ successful conduction of group events
∎ implementation of promotional strategies and inputs
∎ develop relationship with key customer and ensure effective service and satisfaction
∎ coordination with ZSM / HO
∎ recommendation for the addition and deletion of stocks based on merits and demerits
∎ always monitor, control and approve area manager expense
∎ monitor and control group event management
∎ suggest for reduction in promotional activity expense
