Responsibilities & Context:
Develop strategic directions for company`s products, drive new product development, and manage the entire product life cycle from inception to market.
Highly skilled in understating the future molecules that are going to grab significant market share in local & international market
Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and ensure products meet market demands.
Provide strategic direction for operational excellence and support the company`s vision to be a leader in technologically advanced dosage forms.
Manage and develop team, fostering collaboration and individual growth to achieve team and organisational objectives.
Highly skilled in conducting CME and scientific seminar
Planning & monitoring annual and monthly marketing budget.
Supervising all promotional campaigns.
Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitors` data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats across all the company`s product categories and markets.
Business projection and design plan to achieve the target;
Identify market trend and its impact on business and new business opportunity;
