• Good Command on Microsoft Office

• Good Communication Skills

• Develop strategic directions for company`s products, drive new product development, and manage the entire product life cycle from inception to market.

• Highly skilled in understating the future molecules that are going to grab significant market share in local & international market

• Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and ensure products meet market demands.

• Provide strategic direction for operational excellence and support the company`s vision to be a leader in technologically advanced dosage forms.

• Manage and develop team, fostering collaboration and individual growth to achieve team and organisational objectives.

• Highly skilled in conducting CME and scientific seminar

• Planning & monitoring annual and monthly marketing budget.

• Supervising all promotional campaigns.

• Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

• Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitors` data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats across all the company`s product categories and markets.

• Business projection and design plan to achieve the target;

• Identify market trend and its impact on business and new business opportunity;
