• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B. Sc in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, IUT, MIST, AUST.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Only Male

• 1-3 years of practical experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC System, BMS, Chiller, Boiler, Air Compressor in the Pharma Industries for Executive, Utility
• 1-3 years of practical experience in operation and maintenance of Diesel Generator, Substations
• Promising fresher are also encouraged to apply.

• Language requirements: Fluent in English & Bangla

• Supervise day to day operation and maintenance activities of HVAC System, BMS, Air Compressor, Split AC, Chiller, Cooling Tower etc. 

• Schedule and Perform PM, analyze breakdown trend and do RCA to improve machine health for keeping the system functional. 

• Perform Predictive Maintenance and monitor machine health in regular basis and take rectification action accordingly. 

• Routine monitoring and data record of HVAC Critical and operational parameters.

• Perform Qualification activities of HVAC, Utility equipment and facility. ∙Ensure proper inventory of Utility & spare parts. 

• Document all operational and maintenance activities with compliance of GDP. 

• Prepare and implement SOP and train technician and ensure proper logbook keeping.

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirement for Maintenance activities. 

• Supervise day to day operation and maintenance activities of Diesel Generators, Substation, Transformer, Synchronizing Panel, Electrical distribution system etc.

• Operation & Maintenance of On-grid solar panel, Online UPS system, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), Lighting Protection System (LPS) etc.

• Prepare SOP, PM Schedule and perform accordingly to ensure proper functioning of Electrical Generation and Distribution System.

• Routine monitoring and data record of Electrical system, Energy Consumption etc.

• Implement Energy Management System and implement savings initiatives.

• Ensure proper inventory for required spare parts.

• Document all operational and maintenance activities with compliance of GDP.

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirement for Maintenance activities
