Responsibilities & Context:
New product launching & resource allocation
To manage portfolio, short/mid/long term target setting & achievement
To formulate and develop portfolio strategy, marketing
To maintain product stock, forecast
Project management
To develop training materials & train field force
Manage KOL Doctor & Doctor visit
To conduct and manage monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly meeting
Coordinate and Conduct Skill on CME/scientific events/congress
To communicate & coordinate with different departments like Sales, Production, DRA, R&D, QA, QC, Distribution, SCM etc.
Coordinate new project and products within factory & marketing
