Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop strategic directions for company's products, drive new product development, and manage the entire product life cycle from inception to market.
- Highly skilled in understating the future molecules that are going to grab significant market share in local & international market
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and ensure products meet market demands.
- Provide strategic direction for operational excellence and support the company's vision to be a leader in technologically advanced dosage forms.
- Manage and develop team, fostering collaboration and individual growth to achieve team and organizational objectives.
- Highly skilled in conducting CME and scientific seminar
- Planning & monitoring annual and monthly marketing budget.
- Supervising all promotional campaigns.
- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
- Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitors' data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats across all the company's product categories and markets.
- Business projection and design plan to achieve the target;
- Identify market trend and its impact on business and new business opportunity;
