Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve primary sales objectives.
Identify & engage high-volume wholesalers.
Prepare annual regional sales forecasts.
Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and proactively manage credit exposure in compliance with company financial policies to maintain healthy cash flow.
Continuously monitor market dynamics, wholesale pricing, and competitor activities; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Rigorously analyze both primary sales (to wholesalers) and secondary sales/offtake (from wholesalers to retail markets) to maintain strong product velocity and market penetration.
Optimize operational efficiency by minimizing returns, controlling promotional and travel expenses, and ensuring cost-effective regional operations.
