Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking hardworking and dedicated Regional Sales Manager to streamline our sales operations and boost sales across the country.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to establish dealer networks and drive sales.
∎ 2. Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales reps to meet regional sales goals.
∎ 3. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to find growth opportunities.
∎ 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
∎ 5. Provide training and support to the sales team to improve performance and align with company objectives.
∎ 6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand sales in the region.
∎ 7. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
