Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the market and achieve the sales target.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
∎ Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Develop & manage the regional Sales Team.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Collect Market Data & Competitors Information.
∎ Motive and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Coordinate with senior to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
∎ Interact with sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Prepare and follow-up the monthly PJP (proposed journey plan) for Regional Sales forces.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ This is not a comprehensive list and any other duties as may be required to be performed as per Supervisor/Management Instruction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate must have expertise of using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Must be analytical and detail oriented.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skill.
