Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Dhaka, Chattagram, Cumilla, Sylhet, Mymensingh, Tangail, Faridpur, Khulna, Barishal Rangpur.
Achieve short and long term sales targets of the region.
Manage & set-up Sales teams for assign region/areas according to company’s guideline.
To achieve Sales Target of the region as per company`s vision and mission.
To Lead & develop ASM/TSM and SO’s according to assign territory.
To know and implement Distribution (DB) management process of FMCG industry.
Managing performance for maximizing result through sales team management.
To Monitor and constructive feedback on time according to company’s guideline.
Able to maintain highest CRM process in the market.
Able to trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKUs
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to the concern authority regularly.
