∎ Cosmetic, Consumer, Toilets, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG) industry.
∎ The applicants should have competencies in the following: Effective Communication Skill, and is able to CRM in the market.
∎ At least 8 year(s) experience as a RSM reputed consumer industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Cosmetic, Consumer, Toilets, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG) industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve short and long term sales targets of the region.
∎ Manage & set-up Sales teams for assign region/areas according to company’s guideline.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the region as per company's vision and mission.
∎ To Lead & develop ASM/TSM and SO’s according to assign territory.
∎ To know and implement Distribution( DB) management process of FMCG industry.
∎ Managing performance for maximizing result through sales team management..
∎ To Monitor and constructive feedback on time according to company’s guideline.
∎ Able to maintain highest CRM process in the market.
∎ Able to trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKUs
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to the concern authority regularly.
