Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
∎ To work closely with Dealer, Distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ Collaboration and coordination with assigned sales team to ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
∎ Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
∎ Regular collection monitoring and meeting with team, maintaining less risk of Dealers & Distributer default.
∎ Prepare reporting about area wise sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
∎ Collaborate with Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Executive, Sales Executive from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
∎ Ability to identify potential business partners, geographies, channels & plan for sales targets, sales projections and stock planning.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Regional Sales Director (RSD)” to spearhead our Mobile Sales Team.
